Hello! I’m Marco Marchiori, a Brazilian independent filmmaker with over 12 years of experience in the audio-visual market. I studied photography, filmmaking and graphic design at Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, in Porto Alegre. I worked as an art director at RBS TV, the biggest television channel in South Brazil. I also worked as a producer, in projects with names as Will.I.Am, Steve Aoki, Lay Zhang, Dimitri Vegas, Like Mike, Timmy Trumpet, Anabel Englund and others. Later on, I transitioned back into directing, having worked in commercials, music videos, narrative and short documentaries.

Some of my highlights are the music videos “My Way”, directed for Aloe Blacc and Steve Aoki - some of the biggest names in the electronic music - and “Only One Night”, directed for Cedric Gervais, a Grammy Winner in 2014. I also focused my work on other types of projects, commercials, TV spots and narratives, such as “A Casta”, “Stare Game”, “What We Do After We Die” and “I Remember When They Left”, which were filmed in Brazil and other projects produced in the United States, such as “Platypus” , “Vagabonds, Voyages and Very Expensive Things” and “It Never Rains in L.A.”, awarded as best short film in Hollywood Gold Awards, New York Movie Awards, Florence Film Awards, South America Awards and BIMIFF, also having winning individual categories in other five film festivals.
